This kitchen renovation was designed around one simple word: light.

The space was transformed with new windows and skylights, opening up the ceiling to flood the room with natural light. Hardworking finishes like quartzite and commercial-grade terrazzo tile were paired with sleek cabinetry and hidden appliances, creating a functional and beautiful space for this busy family to gather and connect.

Years after the original renovation, the owners invited us back to refresh two bathrooms.

In the primary suite, we reimagined closets, storage, and the existing bath to create a sophisticated retreat within the same footprint.

In the daughter’s bath, inventive plumbing turned low eaves into a striking design element, paired with a playful wallpaper that brings the space to life.

Once a narrow galley kitchen and laundry room, this reimagined space at the front of a classic center hall colonial has become both a gracious entry and the heart of family life.

The removal of the laundry allowed for additional storage, a generous island with banquette seating, and a more efficient layout tailored to the owner’s specific needs.

Custom cabinetry conceals small appliances, accommodates dishware, and integrates a charging station for the family’s many devices. The result is a refined, functional gathering place that’s bathed in light and layered with rich color.
